High-resolution Images of the VR PTSD Therapy Prototype
In collaboration with researchers Tamar Weiss (Haifa, Israel), Azu Garcia-Palacios (Spain) and Hunter Hoffman (U.W. Seattle), we are programming an immersive virtual reality simulation (a form of VR therapy) to help survivors or witnesses of terrorism who have developed Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

The following images illustrate a sequence of events in a bus bombing simulation. The simulation is designed to give the therapist control over the progression and intensity of the experience, including the addition of realistic visual and audio affects.
