Survey of Addtitudes Toward learning Japanese

We'd like you evaluate the class, the teacher and teaching method you used to learn Japanese. Circle a number on the scale from 0 to 9 to indicate how strongly you either agree or disagree with each statement.

1. The teacher was well prepared to teach the class.

2. The content of the material was unnecessarily difficult to understand.

3. This teaching method fit my style of learning very well.
